Having a website presence is essential and shows stability. You’re email address must be personalized and not free such as a yahoo or Google account.

You must have  an account in the business  name. To open this account, typically banks want a copy of your company articles, EIN, and possibly an operating agreement.

You can not build your business credit with a sole proprietor. You must be registered as either an LLC or Corporation. It's not a hard as you may think, get it done.

Dun & Bradstreet is one of the three major business credit bureaus. D&B will issue your company a unique  number that is nationally recognized and used to properly report you credit.

It's important that your phone number is listed with the yellow pages. This can be a bit pricey but the good news is when becoming a client of ours, we'll list you on the national registry at no charge. 

The address to your business is extremely important. P.O Box, or UPS stores will get you denied credit immediately. Underwriters will Google you address. You need a physical or virtual mailing address. What pops up when you're googled?
